We can't thank Colton enough for finding us our forever home! We had worked with him in the past to find a rental, so it was a no brainer that we would be buying with him when the time came. My siblings and I were selling our family home. Due to the pandemic and other circumstances, we had delayed in listing the house. I met with several realtors and received their opinions. One of my siblings had worked with a GTA realtor who gave Colton the highest recommendation, and based on that, I met with him. Colton presented a coherent and reasoned strategy on how to best present the house. I was impressed with the promotional materials he had created for some of his previous listings. One of the other realtors I had consulted had urged me to clear the house completely and present it as a "blank canvas." Part of Colton's strategy was not to do this, but instead to stage the house. Jen and her team worked their magic. One of my siblings said, "I grew up in that house and I don't even recognize it." The day after the listing was posted, we received an offer $125 000 above asking, which we accepted the following morning. Throughout the process, I was impressed with Colton's professionalism, his punctuality and attention to detail. After reaching out to start the process he had us set up in a portal within the same day. He walked us through how to use the portal to favourite/eliminate different house options. When we narrowed it down he answered all the questions we had very efficiently, and set up showings right away. Unfortunately we were out of town when we found a listing we absolutely loved, but knowing how fast the market would move, Colton did not hesitate to do a FaceTime walkthrough for us. After having no luck with PB, not one showing in 2 weeks, I messaged him and told him what was happening, I asked if he had time to see me, we made a plan and got together, he put together a photo shoot and a video by drone on the outside and said we’ll go live on Tuesday, true to his word, Tuesday came, I had 3 showings and by the morning, we had a fantastic offer. Just got finished up with purchasing my first home through Colton, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. It took about 9 months to get something that was perfect for me, and I never felt rushed, or pressured by him. Colton must have been to at least 15 different houses with me that just weren't the right fit, answered any questions I had, and dealt with my pickiness through the whole process. When i first met Colton Davidson, I was shocked. I though how could this very young looking man be good at real estate, well my shock shortly changed to WOW. Here is a young man in the giant world of Real Estate and he's doing more than handling his own.
